Board; election of president

    

Sec. 1. The board of trustees at their first stated meeting shall
elect a president out of their own body.

Board; election of president pro tempore

    

Sec. 2. If the president is absent from any stated or extraordinary
meeting, the board of trustees shall elect a president pro tempore.

Inspection of accounts and financial affairs

    

Sec. 3. The accounts and financial affairs of Vincennes University
are subject to inspection and examination by the state examiner.
