Chapter 5. Meetings; Quorum

Board; meetings

    

Sec. 1. The annual meeting of the board of trustees shall be held
on the first Monday of October of each year.

Board; special meetings

    

Sec. 2. Special meetings may be called by the president of the
board of trustees or by any four (4) trustees.

Board; quorum

    

Sec. 3. Six (6) trustees constitute a quorum at any regular or
special meeting of the board of trustees.
