Name of board of trustees
    Sec. 2. The board of trustees may in the name of "The Trustees ofIndiana University" sue and be sued.

Board; powers
    Sec. 3. The board of trustees may make all bylaws necessary tocarry into effect the powers conferred on the board of trustees.

Diversity committee
    Sec. 4. (a) The board of trustees shall create a diversity committeeat the home campus and at each regional campus to do the following:
        (1) Review and recommend faculty employment policiesconcerning diversity issues.
        (2) Review faculty and administration personnel complaintsconcerning diversity issues.
        (3) Make recommendations to promote and maintain culturaldiversity among faculty members.
        (4) Make recommendations to promote recruitment andretention of minority students.
    (b) The diversity committee shall issue an annual report statingthe findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the committee tothe board of trustees.
