    Chapter 2. Cooperative Arrangements

Applicability; availability of educational resources
    Sec. 1. (a) This section applies to the board of trustees of thefollowing state educational institutions:
        (1) Ball State University.
        (2) Indiana University.
        (3) Indiana State University.
        (4) Purdue University.
        (5) University of Southern Indiana.
    (b) The board of trustees of a state educational institution maycooperate with other educational institutions to assure the availabilityand use of the state educational institution's total resources andopportunities to provide excellent educational opportunity for allpersons.

Cooperative agreements with other educational institutions
    Sec. 2. The University of Southern Indiana may enter intocooperative agreements with other educational institutions, includingagreements leading to the use of the University of Southern Indianaas a host site for an educational program administered by anothercollege or university.
