Definitions

    

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this
article.

"Board of trustees"

    

Sec. 2. "Board of trustees":

        (1) for purposes of IC 21-30-5, refers to the board of trustees of
Vincennes University; and

        (2) for purposes of IC 21-30-6, refers to the board of trustees of
a state educational institution.
