Sec. 1. This chapter applies to Ivy Tech Community College.

Board; acceptance of gifts, devises, and bequests

    

Sec. 2. The board of trustees of Ivy Tech Community College may
accept gifts, grants, bequests, and devises absolutely and in trust for
support of Ivy Tech Community College or its programs.
