    Sec. 1. This chapter applies to Ivy Tech Community College.

Board; acceptance of gifts, devises, and bequests
    Sec. 2. The board of trustees of Ivy Tech Community College mayaccept gifts, grants, bequests, and devises absolutely and in trust forsupport of Ivy Tech Community College or its programs.
