Buildings and grounds committee
    Sec. 1. The board of trustees of Indiana University shall annuallyappoint a committee from the members of the board of trustees toexamine Indiana University buildings and grounds. The committeeshall report the kind and cost of repairs, if any are needed. A memberof the faculty shall be appointed to take care of the buildings andgrounds.

    Sec. 2. The board of trustees of Vincennes University shall visitand inspect Vincennes University.
