    Sec. 1. In addition to authority to issue bonds as may beperiodically provided, the board of trustees of the University ofSouthern Indiana may issue refunding bonds or advance refundingbonds under IC 21-34, IC 21-35-2, and IC 21-35-5 for bonds of theIndiana State University board of trustees issued to finance facilitieson the regional campus comprising part of the University of SouthernIndiana after July 1, 1985.
