Chapter 2. Disposition of Property to a Trust

Applicability of chapter

    

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the disposal of surplus real or
personal property by a state educational institution.

Bids; criteria

    

Sec. 2. Whenever surplus real property or personal property is
disposed of by acceptance of bids, a bid submitted by a trust must
identify each:

        (1) beneficiary of the trust; and

        (2) settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
