Definitions
    Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout thisarticle.

"Board of trustees"
    Sec. 2. "Board of trustees":
        (1) for purposes of IC 21-41-3, refers to the board of trustees ofBall State University; and
        (2) for purposes of IC 21-41-4, refers to the board of trustees ofIndiana University.

"Regional campus"
    Sec. 3. "Regional campus" means Indiana State University .Regional Campus Evansville, a regional campus managed by theboard of trustees of Indiana State University before July 1, 1985.
