Definitions

    

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this
article.

"Board of trustees"

    

Sec. 2. "Board of trustees":

        (1) for purposes of IC 21-41-3, refers to the board of trustees of
Ball State University; and

        (2) for purposes of IC 21-41-4, refers to the board of trustees of
Indiana University.

"Regional campus"

    

Sec. 3. "Regional campus" means Indiana State University .
Regional Campus Evansville, a regional campus managed by the
board of trustees of Indiana State University before July 1, 1985.
