    Chapter 2. Postsecondary Credit for Secondary School Certificateof Achievement

IC 21-43-2-1
Postsecondary level academic credit
    Sec. 1. A state educational institution may permit a student who:
        (1) receives a secondary school level certificate of achievementin a particular subject or skill area; and
        (2) satisfies the standards for receipt of academic credit asdetermined by the state educational institution;
to receive postsecondary credit at the state educational institution forthe secondary school level certificate of achievement.

Report to guidance counselors and students
    Sec. 2. Each state educational institution shall prepare and makeavailable to students and high school guidance counselors a reportindicating the:
        (1) extent to which; and
        (2) conditions under which;
postsecondary credit may be granted under this chapter.
