    Chapter 8. Representation Before Worker's Compensation Board

Attorneys; qualifications
    
Sec. 1. Any person representing any plaintiff or defendant in theprosecution or defense of any claim or claims before the worker'scompensation board must be admitted to practice law in the circuitor superior courts and supreme court of Indiana.

Sec. 2. (a) All persons so representing plaintiffs or defendants asprovided by section 1 of this chapter shall first register their nameswith the worker's compensation board in a manner prescribed by theboard and shall, before proceeding to represent either plaintiffs ordefendants before the board, be required to take oath in writing eitherbefore the board or a member thereof that the person is qualified asprovided by section 1 of this chapter.
    (b) The written oath shall be recorded in the permanent records ofthe worker's compensation board, and the board or any memberthereof shall prohibit any person from so representing plaintiffs ordefendants until the person has complied with this chapter.
