Allocation of funds to regional workforce boards
    Sec. 1. The department and the council shall allocate federalworkforce development and employment and training services fundsto the workforce investment boards for distribution to the regionalworkforce boards in accordance with the requirements of federalworkforce development and employment and training laws.
