Allocation of funds to regional workforce boards

    

Sec. 1. The department and the council shall allocate federal
workforce development and employment and training services funds
to the workforce investment boards for distribution to the regional
workforce boards in accordance with the requirements of federal
workforce development and employment and training laws.
