Reports
Sec. 1. In the administration of this article the board shallcooperate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of thisarticle with the federal Department of Labor, shall make such reportsin such form and containing such information as the federalDepartment of Labor may from time to time require and shall complywith such provisions as the federal Department of Labor may fromtime to time find necessary to insure the correctness and verificationof such reports, and shall comply with the regulations prescribed bythe Secretary of Labor governing the expenditures of such sums asmay be allotted and paid to the state of Indiana under 42 U.S.C. 501through 504 or any other federal statute for the purpose of assistingin the administration of this article.

Public works or assistance; administration; reports
Sec. 2. Upon request therefor the board shall furnish to anyagency of the United States charged with the administration of publicworks or assistance through public employment the name, address,ordinary occupation, and employment status of each recipient ofbenefits and such recipient's rights to further benefits under thisarticle.

Availability of records to railroad retirement board
Sec. 3. The commissioner may make the records of the departmentrelating to the administration of this article available to the railroadretirement board created by 45 U.S.C. 228j, or any amendmentsthereto, and may furnish the railroad retirement board, at the expenseof such railroad retirement board, such copies thereof as the railroadretirement board deems necessary for its purposes.

Foreign states; cooperation
Sec. 4. The board may afford reasonable cooperation with everyagency of the United States of America, or with any state chargedwith the administration of any unemployment compensation law.
