    Chapter 3. Unemployment Defined

"Totally unemployed" defined
    
Sec. 1. An individual shall be deemed "totally unemployed" in anyweek with respect to which no remuneration was payable to him forpersonal services.

IC 22-4-3-2
"Partially unemployed" defined
    
Sec. 2. An individual is "partially unemployed" when, because oflack of available work, he is working less than his normal customaryfull-time hours for his regular employer and his remuneration is lessthan his weekly benefit amount in any calendar week, but noindividual shall be deemed totally, part-totally, or partiallyunemployed in any week which he is regularly and customarilyemployed full-time on a straight commission basis.
