    Chapter 30. Procedures for Collection of Funds Due

Delinquent contributions; continuing in business
    Sec. 1. Any employer against whom contributions shall beassessed as provided in this article shall be restrained and enjoinedupon the order of the department by proper proceedings instituted inthe name of the state of Indiana, brought by the attorney general forthe state of Indiana or any prosecuting attorney at the request of thedepartment, from engaging or continuing in business in this stateuntil the contributions, interest, penalties, and damages shall havebeen paid and until such employer shall have complied with theprovisions of this article; and such attorneys shall prosecuteviolations of criminal provisions of this article upon request of thedepartment.
