    Chapter 5. Foreign Professional Corporations

Necessity of compliance; application of IC 23-1-50
    Sec. 1. A foreign professional corporation desiring to be admittedto render professional services in Indiana must:
        (1) comply with IC 23-1-49; and
        (2) comply with this article.
IC 23-1-50 applies to the foreign professional corporation.

Revocation of certificate of admission
    Sec. 2. The certificate of admission of any foreign corporationadmitted to render professional services in Indiana may be revokedat any time by the secretary of state:
        (1) as provided by IC 23-1-51; or
        (2) for failure to comply with this article.
