    Chapter 73. Grave Markers of Deceased Soldiers

"Member of the armed forces" defined
    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "member of the armed forces"means an individual who served on active duty in the Army, Navy,Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States.

Standards for markers
    Sec. 2. A board of trustees or other governing body or custodianthat controls a cemetery shall not refuse to allow the setting up ofmarkers for the graves of deceased members of the armed forces inits grounds if the markers conform to the standard markers furnishedby the United States government for marking the graves of deceasedmembers of the armed forces.

Violation of chapter; Class C infraction
    Sec. 3. A person who violates section 2 of this chapter commitsa Class C infraction.
