Facsimile signatures on corporate bonds and notes
    
Sec. 1. Subject to any restrictions contained in its articles ofincorporation or bylaws, the signatures of the officers of anycorporation organized under any law of this state, on the bonds,notes, debentures, or other evidences of indebtedness of thecorporation may be facsimiles, and the facsimiles on suchinstruments are deemed the equivalent of and constitute the writtensignatures of the officers for all purposes, including the fullsatisfaction of any signature requirements of the laws of this state onthe negotiable bonds, notes, debentures, and other evidences ofindebtedness of the corporation.
