List of dissolved entities

    

Sec. 1. The secretary of state shall, upon request from the
department of workforce development, provide to the department of
workforce development a list of:

        (1) corporations;

        (2) nonprofit corporations;

        (3) limited partnerships; and

        (4) limited liability companies;

that have been administratively, judicially, or voluntarily dissolved
under IC 23.
