    Chapter 5. Acceptance Into Homes for the Aged

IC 23-7-5-1
Right to accept men in homes for aged females
    Sec. 1. It shall be lawful for any incorporated voluntaryassociation heretofore incorporated or hereafter to be incorporatedunder the laws of this state, for the purpose of establishing andmaintaining a home for the care and support of aged females, whocan not support themselves from their own means and by their ownindustry, to receive into such home and support and care for agedmen of the same class also.
