    Chapter 8. Standard Weights for Certain Grain Products

Standard weights; violation; exceptions
    
Sec. 1. It is a Class C infraction for a person to pack for sale, sell,offer, or expose for sale any of the following commodities except incontainers of net avoirdupois weights of five (5), ten (10),twenty-five (25), fifty (50), and one hundred (100) pounds, andmultiples of one hundred (100) pounds: Wheat flour, self-risingwheat flour, phosphated wheat flour, bromated flour, enriched flour,enriched self-rising flour, enriched bromated flour, corn flour, cornmeals, hominy and hominy grits. However, this section does notapply to (1) the retailing of flours, meals, hominy and hominy gritsdirect to the consumer from bulk stock, (2) the sale of flours andmeals to commercial bakers or blenders in containers of more thanone hundred (100) pounds, (3) the sale of flours and meals forexport, (4) flours, meals, hominy and hominy grits packed incontainers the net contents of which are less than three (3) pounds,or (5) the exchange of wheat for flour by mills grinding for toll.
