Disclosure of prizes
    Sec. 1. Before a demonstration, seminar, or sales presentationbegins, the promoter shall inform the person of the prize, if any, theperson will receive.

Time prizes, vouchers, or certificates given
    Sec. 2. A prize or a voucher, certificate, or other evidence ofobligation given instead of a prize shall be given to a person at thetime the person is informed of the prize, if any, the person willreceive.

Notices; return
    Sec. 3. The notice shall be returned to the person receiving theprize at the time the prize is awarded.
