"Agency"
    Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "agency" refers to the Indianaprofessional licensing agency established by IC 25-1-5-3.

    Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "INSPECT" refers to the Indianascheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking programestablished by section 4 of this chapter.

    Sec. 4. The Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collectionand tracking program is established within the agency.

Agency functions, duties, and responsibilities
    Sec. 5. The agency shall perform all administrative functions,duties, and responsibilities for the INSPECT program.

INSPECT program duties
    Sec. 6. The INSPECT program shall collect and processinformation received under IC 35-48-7-8.1 and has duties describedin IC 35-48-7-10.1 and IC 35-48-7-11.1.
