Time; place
    Sec. 1. At least one (1) of each type of examination requiredunder IC 25-15-4 must be held annually. These examinations may beconducted at any place in Indiana set by the board.

Failure of examination; taking next examination; additional feesand education requirements
    Sec. 3. Any qualified applicant who fails an examination and isrefused a license may take the next scheduled examination uponpayment of an additional fee set by the board under IC 25-15-9-8.However, if an applicant fails more than one (1) funeral directorintern license examination or more than one (1) funeral directorlicense examination, the board may require the applicant to submitproof to the board that the applicant has met the additional educationrequirements set by the board before the board allows the applicantto take another examination under this article.
