Sec. 1. The board shall enforce this article.

Rules

    

Sec. 2. The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that are
consistent with this article and with IC 25-22.5 and that are necessary
for the proper enforcement of this article and for the conduct of the
practice of genetic counseling.
