"Political subdivision"
    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "political subdivision" has themeaning set forth in IC 36-1-2-13.

Restriction on agency or political subdivision
    Sec. 2. An agency or political subdivision of the state (other thanthe board) may not:
        (1) impose a registration or licensing requirement; or
        (2) charge a license, an employment, or another fee;
on individuals licensed under this article for activities defined in thisarticle.
