Violations; penalty
    Sec. 1. (a) This section does not apply to the violation of a ruleadopted by the board.
    (b) A person who knowingly violates or causes a violation of thisarticle commits a Class C misdemeanor.

Disciplinary procedures
    Sec. 2. The board shall follow the disciplinary proceduresestablished under IC 25-1-7 and IC 25-1-11.

Reporting criminal convictions
    Sec. 3. If an individual certified under this article is convicted ofa crime, the individual is responsible for notifying the board not laterthan thirty (30) days after the conviction.
