Chapter 1. Purpose

IC 25-23.3-1-1

Purpose of compact

    

Sec. 1. It is the purpose of this compact to allow qualified nurses
who are licensed in a compact state to practice nursing in another
compact state and to reduce redundant licensing requirements of
nurses who practice in multiple states.
