    Chapter 8. Compact Administration and Interchange ofInformation

Executive director of Indiana professional licensing agency asadministrator of compact
    Sec. 1. The head of the nurse licensing board of each party state,or that person's designee, shall be the administrator of this compactfor that person's state. For purposes of this article, the executivedirector of the Indiana professional licensing agency or the executivedirector's designee shall be the administrator of this compact.

Furnishing information to other party state compactadministrators
    Sec. 2. The compact administrator of each party state shall furnishto the compact administrator of each other party state anyinformation and documents, including, but not limited to, a uniformdata set of investigations, identifying information, licensure data, anddisclosable alternative program participation information, tofacilitate the administration of this compact.

Authority to develop uniform rules to implement compact
    Sec. 3. Compact administrators may develop uniform rules tofacilitate and coordinate implementation of this compact. Theseuniform rules shall be adopted by a board under IC 25-23.3-6-1.
