Provision for examinations
    Sec. 1. The board shall provide for examinations to be given atleast two (2) times a year at times and places established by theboard.

Preparation, administration, and scoring of examination
    Sec. 2. (a) The board shall approve the preparation,administration, and scoring of the examination.
    (b) The board shall establish examination procedures and thescore required to pass the examination.

Division of examination into parts; rules for reexamination
    Sec. 3. (a) The board may require that the examination beadministered in separate parts.
    (b) The board shall establish specific time requirements for aninitial applicant to pass the examination.
    (c) The board may grant permission to take subsequentexaminations and establish additional requirements for applicantswho do not meet the time requirements to pass the examination undersubsection (b).

Examination fees
    Sec. 4. An applicant must pay an examination fee before takingthe examination.

Grant of license to successful examinees
    Sec. 5. The board shall issue a license to an applicant who haspassed the examination and meets the other requirements under thischapter and IC 25-29-4.
