Article violations; offenses
    Sec. 1. (a) A person that knowingly engages or aids and abetsanother person, in the practice of podiatric medicine without alicense issued under this article commits unauthorized practice ofpodiatric medicine, a Class D felony.
    (b) A person who otherwise violates this article commits a ClassC misdemeanor.
