    Chapter 7. Activities Prohibited to Individuals Who Are NotRegistered Professional Soil Scientists

Prohibitions
    Sec. 1. An individual who is not a registered professional soilscientist may not:
        (1) use; or
        (2) assume or advertise in any way;
a title or description tending to convey the impression that theindividual is a registered professional soil scientist.
