Issuance of receipt for goods not received
Sec. 1. A warehouseman, or any officer, agent, or servant of awarehouseman, who issues a receipt, knowing that the goods forwhich the receipt is issued have not been actually received by thewarehouseman, or are not under his actual control at the time ofissuing the receipt, commits a Class D felony.

Issuance of false or fraudulent receipt
Sec. 2. A warehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of awarehouseman, who fraudulently issues a receipt for goods, knowingthat it contains any false statement, commits a Class A misdemeanor.

Issuance of duplicate or additional negotiable receipt with formerreceipt outstanding
Sec. 3. A warehouseman, or any officer, agent, or servant of awarehouseman, who issues a duplicate or additional negotiablereceipt for goods, knowing that a former negotiable receipt for thesame goods or any part of them is outstanding and uncanceled,without plainly placing upon the face thereof the word "Duplicate,"except in case of a lost, stolen, or destroyed receipt, commits a ClassD felony.

Issuance of receipt failing to show warehouseman's ownershipinterest
Sec. 4. If there are deposited with or held by a warehousemangoods of which he is owner, either solely or jointly, or in commonwith others, and if the warehouseman, or his officer, agent, orservant, knowing the ownership, issues a negotiable receipt for thegoods which does not state the ownership, he commits a Class Amisdemeanor.

Delivery of goods without canceling outstanding receipt
Sec. 5. A warehouseman, or any officer, agent, or servant of awarehouseman, who delivers goods out of the possession of the
warehouseman, knowing that a negotiable receipt, the negotiation ofwhich would transfer the right to the possession of the goods, isoutstanding and uncanceled, without obtaining the possession of thereceipt at or before the time of delivery, commits a Class Amisdemeanor.
