Notice requirements before termination of agreement by provider
    Sec. 1. An agreement between a provider and a healthmaintenance organization under which the provider agrees to providehealth care services must require the provider to give theorganization at least sixty (60) days advance notice beforeterminating the agreement unless the provider or the group ofproviders provide thirty percent (30%) or more of the healthmaintenance organization services, in which case the provider mustgive at least one hundred twenty (120) days advance notice.
