Establishment
    Sec. 1. The legislative body of a county may establish acumulative fund under IC 6-1.1-41 to provide funds for the purchaseof ballot card voting systems or electronic voting systems.

Tax levy; rate
    Sec. 9. To provide for a cumulative fund, a county may levy a taxin compliance with IC 6-1.1-41 on all taxable property within thecounty. The tax may not exceed one and sixty-seven hundredthscents ($0.0167) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessedvaluation.

    Sec. 13. The tax collected under section 9 of this chapter shall beheld in a cumulative fund to be known as the voting system purchasefund.
