Chapter 2. Precinct Committeemen

IC 3-6-2-1

Political parties entitled to precinct committee members

    

Sec. 1. Each political party whose nominee received at least ten
percent (10%) of the votes cast in the state for secretary of state at
the last election may have precinct committeemen elected at the same
time as a primary election in accordance with IC 3-10-1-4.5 if
provided by the rules of the political party.
