    Chapter 20.5. Registration in Unemployment CompensationOffices

Unemployment compensation office as voter registration office
    Sec. 1. Each office of the department of employment and trainingservices that provides assistance or services concerningunemployment compensation is designated as a voter registrationoffice under 42 U.S.C. 1973gg-5.

Filing and submission of implementation plan
    Sec. 2. Except as provided in this chapter, an office described bysection 1 of this chapter shall accept and process voter registrationapplications as provided in IC 3-7-18.

Governing body
    Sec. 3. For purposes of this chapter, the executive director of thedepartment of employment and training services is the "governingbody" under IC 3-7-18.
