    Chapter 29. County Voter Registration; Providing Records toPrecinct Inspectors

List of registered voters; required information
    
Sec. 1. (a) Not later than ten (10) days before the election atwhich the registration record is to be used, the county voterregistration office shall prepare certified copies of the list ofregistered voters for each precinct in the county.
    (b) The lists must contain the following information concerningeach registered voter:
        (1) The full name of the voter.
        (2) The address of the voter.
        (3) The assigned county identification number.
        (4) Whether the voter is required to provide additionalidentification before voting either in person or by absenteeballot.
    (c) The names shall be arranged in the same order as they are inthe registration record of the precinct.

List for use on election day
    
Sec. 2. After the county election board receives a request from thecounty chairman of a major political party, not more than two (2)copies of the list required by this chapter shall be prepared andfurnished to the inspector of the precinct for use at the polls onelection day. The inspector may provide a list furnished under thissection to any other precinct officer.

Supplies; certified copies of voter registration record
    
Sec. 3. When the inspector of a precinct procures the ballots andother election supplies for an election, the inspector shall alsoprocure from the county voter registration office the certified copiesof the registration record of the precinct with the informationrequired under section 1 of this chapter and other necessaryregistration supplies.

Provision of photocopies of voter signatures to inspectors
    
Sec. 4. The county voter registration office may also provide theinspector of each precinct in the county with a certified photocopyof the signature on the affidavit of registration of each voter of theprecinct for the comparison of signatures under IC 3-10-1-24.6 or

IC 3-11-8-25.1.

Duties of inspector on election day
    
Sec. 5. The inspector shall have the record or copies and suppliesat the polls on election day. The inspector shall return the registrationrecord or copies and supplies at the same time when other electionsupplies and ballots are returned.
