Chapter 35. Registration Forms; Special Procedures for
Processing Applications From Persons Less Than 18 Years of Age

Applicability of chapter

    


Sec. 1. This chapter applies when a circuit court clerk or board of
registration receives a registration form from an individual who is
eligible to register under this article but is less than eighteen (18)
years of age.

Generation of poll lists

    


Sec. 2.1. The county voter registration office shall generate a poll
list for the precinct where the voter resides that does not include the
name of a voter unless the voter will be:

        (1) at least eighteen (18) years of age when the election is
conducted; or

        (2) eligible to vote in the election under this article.

IC 3-7-35-3.1

Generation of jury lists

    


Sec. 3.1. The county voter registration office shall generate
information to be used in the compilation of a jury list that does not
include the name of a voter unless the voter will be at least eighteen
(18) years of age when the jury is empaneled.
