Mailing address for individual with nontraditional residence
    
Sec. 1. If the United States Postal Service does not deliver maildirectly to an individual with a nontraditional residence in theprecinct where the individual resides, the individual may use amailing address within a precinct in the county to complete theregistration affidavit and to provide an address for the mailing ofnotices under this article. However, if the person uses a mailingaddress under this section, the registration affidavit must also statethe precinct in which the individual with a nontraditional residenceresides.

Designation of registration in permanent registration record
    
Sec. 2. The circuit court clerk or board of registration shalldesignate each registration by an individual with a nontraditionalresidence in the permanent registration record of the precinct.
