Chapter 1. General Provisions

Construction and application of IC 31-16-1 through IC 31-16-12

    

Sec. 1. This chapter and IC 31-16-2 through IC 31-16-12 shall be
construed and applied to promote the purpose and policy of this
chapter and IC 31-16-2 through IC 31-16-12.
