    Chapter 21. Annual Fee Payable to Court in Addition to SupportPayments

Payment; contempt
    Sec. 1. (a) Whenever in any court proceeding an order is in forcefor the support and maintenance of the other party to the proceeding,the individual required to pay the support shall pay the support.
    (b) The clerk, if the payment is in cash, or the state centralcollection unit, for all other forms of payment, shall collect from theindividual, in addition to the payments, the fee specified inIC 33-37-5-6.
    (c) The clerk may collect any unpaid fee in a proceeding forcontempt.
    (d) The state central collection unit may collect any unpaid feethrough any lawful means, including income withholding.

Court ordered provision for payment
    Sec. 2. The court entering an order described in section 1(a) ofthis chapter shall include a provision in the order that requires theindividual to pay the support and maintenance fee.

Supplemental remedies
    Sec. 3. This chapter is supplemental to all other statutes relatingto support payments.
