Fees

    

Sec. 1. The fees in juvenile court proceedings are set under
IC 33-37-4-3.

Costs

    

Sec. 2. An adult who is convicted of an offense in the juvenile
court is liable for costs under IC 33-37-4-1.

Other costs prohibited

    

Sec. 3. Except as provided in sections 1 and 2 of this chapter, no
other costs may be charged to any person in any proceeding in the
juvenile court.
