Affidavit; time for filing
    Sec. 1. Except as provided in section 2 of this chapter, a changeof judge may be granted only for good cause shown by affidavit filedat least twenty-four (24) hours before the fact-finding hearing.

Proceedings to terminate parent-child relationship with individualconvicted of criminal offense
    Sec. 2. The judge who presided over the trial at which anindividual was convicted of an offense listed in IC 31-35-3-4 may notbe the judge who presides over the proceedings in an action filedunder IC 31-35-3 with respect to that individual.
