Applicability of definitions

    

Sec. 1. Except as otherwise provided, the definitions in this article
apply throughout this title.

Inapplicability of definitions

    

Sec. 2. Except as otherwise provided, the definitions in this article
do not apply to the following:

        (1) IC 31-11-3.

        (2) IC 31-21 (or IC 31-17-3 before its repeal).

        (3) IC 31-18.

        (4) IC 31-19-29.

        (5) IC 31-37-23.
