Chapter 14. Validation of Certain Judgments Relating to Land

Properly recorded record of judgment in action to quiet title
sufficient

    

Sec. 1. Unless requested, a clerk is not required to make a
complete record of the proceedings in actions to quiet title. A record
of the judgment in such cases, when properly recorded in the office
of the county recorder, is sufficient.
