    Chapter 9. Actions Against Cotenants

Action authorized
    Sec. 1. A claimant who is a joint tenant, tenant in common, ortenant in coparcenary may maintain an action against the claimant'scotenant or coparcener, or the cotenant's or coparcener's personalrepresentatives, for receiving more than the cotenant's or coparcener'sjust proportion of the rents, profits, or other in kind payments.
