Chapter 17. Corporate Employee's Liens

Lien; applicability of law

    

Sec. 1. Unless otherwise provided in this article, corporate
employee liens on personal property of a corporation for all work and
labor done and performed by the employees of a corporation are
governed by IC 32-28-12.
